Gluten-free waffles preparation method
1. Put all ingredients in a bowl or cup and mix until all lumps are removed.
2. There shouldn’t be a little bit left over to make sure you get really smooth batter!
3. Preheat the waffle iron well
4. Pour your batter into the waffle iron. Adding butter before preparation is not always necessary. If you have a Teflon coating then it is not necessary.
5. Put the batter in the waffle iron until it is completely covered, but don’t pour too much batter into your waffle iron. The baking powder makes your waffle still rise and if you use too much batter then everything will drip next to your iron. Close the waffle iron.
6. Bake the waffles in the waffle iron and wait until you can open the iron without the batter sticking to the iron. When the waffle is nicely browned you can take it out.
